Air: We charge per the gross or volumetric weight of your package (whichever Is higher). Different rates exist for normal goods and special goods (goods that contain lithium batteries, liquids, powders, magnet, medical stuff and some cosmetics, etc)

Sea: Our charges are based on the type of goods and the size or volume in Cubic meters (CBM) or the gross weight (whichever is higher). NB. 500kg is equivalent to 1cbm for heavyweight good.

Basically our rates cover freight and all inclusive taxes from our warehouses in China   Dubai Turkey  to the agreed destination between us and each customer. When not specified. The primary delivery destination is our office in Accra except the customer states  the exact location to which the goods should be delivered.

It could be customer’s home, office or warehouse anywhere within Ghana or to our offices in Kumasi and Tamale. These will require different price thus ensure the right price is agreed before sending good to our warehouse.
