I had an extremely bad experience with ALS Shipping Company. I shipped 4 brake rotors and brake pads through them, and although their service states 45 days by sea from China, I waited over 5 months with no delivery.
Eventually, I was contacted and told to come to their office to make payment and pick up my shipment. When I got there, I was shocked to be told that they could not find my package and had reported it missing.
Since then, instead of taking responsibility and paying for my lost shipment or arranging a replacement, the manager called Patience has been playing bureaucratic games, sending me back and forth with excuses and delays. No clear answers, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the problem. This has put me in a very difficult position financially and operationally.
This is completely unacceptable for a shipping company. Losing a customer’s goods and then avoiding responsibility is pure negligence and unprofessionalism.
I do not recommend ALS Shipping Company — not even to my enemies.
Clients should beware and think twice before trusting them with their goods.

Your response still avoids the real issue.
This is not an isolated incident. A previous shipment of plastic pallets also went missing under your care and was never recovered. I chose not to escalate that matter in good faith. Unfortunately, this current case shows a pattern, not bad luck.
A delay of over five months on a service advertised as 45 days is already unacceptable. What makes this worse is the slow, bureaucratic process you’ve placed on me to fix a problem I did not cause. Repeated requests for invoices and internal checks should not come at the client’s expense.
As of now:
The shipment is still missing
No confirmed reorder has been placed
Time continues to pass while my business suffers
This delay directly affects goods purchased for a third party, damaging my credibility, and with the Chinese end-of-year fast approaching, any further delay risks extending this issue by several more months.
Apologies and assurances of integrity do not resolve losses or delays. What is required is immediate action, not prolonged internal procedures.
Until this matter is resolved swiftly and conclusively, this experience reflects poorly on your reliability as a shipping company.
